"I understand [why they act the way they do]," Cano said. "I agree with them. I'm not there anymore. It's not like you're going to cheer for [someone on the opposing team the way you'd cheer for] one of your guys. I have fun with it. I don't have any complaints about Yankees fans. They remember me and supported me, and it's something I'm always going to appreciate."We will see the reactions later tonight. Maybe he will be cheered on for the 9 years he played for the Yankees or will he be booed for leaving. I get he left because business is business. If he didn't like the contract they offered Cano, at least they gave it there best shot. I'm sure people will be excited to see him back in action.
This should be a good game. New York is looking to bounce back from there tough series loss to the Blue Jays. There bats fell short in the last two games. They hope to gain some ground with Severino on the mound.
